  Secure Online Payment:  
• Pre-payment is required on all uploaded orders. A valid VISA or Mastercard number and expiry can safely be entered as we utilize128-bit SSL encryption to ensure your sensitive data is kept safe and secure. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you can upload your files and then stop by our store location to pay by Interac or Cash to begin production on your order.
  Shipping:  
• Shipping available to any Canadian or U.S. address at additional expense. Simply enter your address in the form and we will contact you with shipping options.
  Uploading:
• If needing to upload multiple files or large files, package them into a single compressed file using software such as Winzip. Zipping can reduce files upto 90% in size.

• Do not close the brower window until your files have completed uploading. A confirmation screen will be displayed and an email will be sent to you once uploading has completed. If you do not receive a confirmation screen or email your upload was unsuccessful. Keep in mind, uploading may take some time depending on the size of your file/s and your internet connection speed.
• Please be as specific as you can in the "Job Details" section of the form to ensure fast and accurate production.

• IMPORTANT: Filenames cannot contain any punctuation (eg. Bill's card!.pdf)

  Photo Calendars:
• For photo calendar orders, upload 13 images - JPG only please! One (1) for the cover and one (1) for each month. You may ZIP them into a single archive file or choose to use the 13 fields. Before uploading though, rename your files to their corresponding months (ie: cover.jpg, january.jpg, february.jpg, etc.) to make sure we print them in the proper order.

 Hi-res PDF files are your best choice of file format for us to work with. If the application you are using has the ability to do so, please convert all fonts to outlines or curves before creating your PDF. If you do not have the ability to create or export PDF files directly out of your application or do not own Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer, you can download our FREE PDF creator software called PrimoPDF HERE.

 Please ZIP your files into one compact file for upload if you happen to have more files than there are uploads fields above.
  Download WinZip for FREE here if you do not have it installed on your system.

 We recommend these applications for graphical output:
•
 Photoshop (psd, tif, jpg, bmp, etc.)
flatten all layers
•
 Illustrator (ai, eps)
convert all fonts to outlines
•
 Adobe Acrobat (pdf)
embed all fonts & set bitmaps to 600 d.p.i
•
 CorelDRAW (cdr)
convert all fonts to curves
   
•
 We can also print from Microsoft Publisher, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Corel WordPerfect.

 Raster files (ie. image made up of pixels / Photoshop, JPG, TIF, etc.):
 
•
 for colour laser output up to 13"x19", file should be at least 300d.p.i. but no more than 600 d.p.i.
•
 for wide format output, 200 d.p.i. resolution for the desired size of your print, RGB colour depth.
   
•
 Vector files (ie. Illustrator, CorelDRAW):
 
•
 convert all fonts to outlines/paths/curves depending on your application.

 Lastly...please proof read your document for mistakes and errors in spelling, etc. Obviously, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of content of uploaded files. It is the customer's job to assure the accuracy of content of his/her job - we simply print what is provided according to your specifications. Errors, no matter how glaring they may be, cannot be our responsibility and reruns of a job are at the customer's expense.
